Hannah Gray from the Patient and Public Involvement at York and Scarborough NHS Trust is supporting the York & Hull Service team with their promotion of the CF Trust Patient Experience survey and reviving our engagement activity with adults with CF.
‘I wanted to get in touch to tell you a bit more about why and how we are would like to engage with patients and service-users.
We plan to run three online sessions in the first week of December. More information is below.’
What do you think?
As a person who uses our Cystic Fibrosis (CF) services, we want to know what you think about your treatment and the care the team give you.
We invite you to join one of our online sessions in December to tell us what you think and hear your experiences of the CF service.
The dates for the sessions are:
- Tuesday 5 December 10am – 11am
- Wednesday 6 December 2pm – 3pm
- Thursday 7 December 12:00 – 1pm
Each session will be hosted on MS Teams, facilitated by our Patient Experience Team. The CF team will be there too.
You don’t have to have the camera on to join these sessions and if you would like to comment anonymously (via chat function) or by emoji, that is ok too.
If you would prefer not to join an online session and to share your opinions about the service and experiences by having a telephone conversation with one of the Patient Experience Team instead, we can organise this for you.
Sessions will be 1 hour long. A meeting link to join will be sent to you before the meeting with some information about what we would like to talk about.
Please email the Patient Experience Team on yhs-tr.ppi@nhs.net or call on 01904 7721007 to tell them which session you would like to join, or if you would like to arrange a telephone call.
If you have not used MS Teams before, or would like support to use it, please contact the Patient Experience Team and we can arrange for a familiarisation session to help you with how it works before the session date.
